Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of Parker Russell International and for overseeing the practical implementation of the organisation’s objectives under its governing documents.
Its responsibilities include considering matters affecting the network as a whole, developing recommendations for member firms, establishing committees and supporting the continued development of Parker Russell International.
The Board also has responsibility for the admission of new member firms, helping ensure that the expansion of the network remains aligned with its professional and organisational expectations.

The Board of Members supports the Board of Directors in the management and development of Parker Russell International.
Its role includes helping identify suitable prospective member firms, strengthening communication between member firms and the Board of Directors, supporting regional meetings and contributing to the ongoing activities of the network.
The Board brings together senior professionals from different regions, helping ensure that the development of Parker Russell International remains informed by the markets and member firms that make up the network.
This creates an important connection between international leadership and local experience.

The aim is not simply to expand geographic coverage.

Parker Russell International is not a single multinational partnership.
The network consists of separate legal entities. Each member firm is responsible for its own professional services, engagements, actions and obligations and cannot bind Parker Russell International Limited or another member firm.
